Your application

The application is open to enterprises, research organisations and startups (legal entities or consortiums registered in Austria or delivering a clear benefit to Austria).

    Check the requirements

    Please make sure that your project fulfills the requirements of our call. To do so, fill in the contact form below, we will send you all Open Call Documents. Consult the documents Open Call Invitation and Draft Research Contract and check the FAQ for more information.

    Benefit from our pre-proposal support

    We highly recommend to take advantage of our optional preproposal support. Fill in the contact form below. We will send you all necessary documents. Let us know your preproposal support requirements in the document Pre-Proposal Application and send it to esaphilab@accent.at - ideally, no later than six weeks before the submission deadline.

    We will be happy to support you on the journey to your application and clarify all of your questions.

    Apply for our program

    Fill in all required Open Call Documents and send them to esaphilab@accent.at before the submission deadline.

    Evaluation process

    After the submission deadline, the proposals will be evaluated by the board of ESA Phi-Lab Austria. The project presentations to the board will take place a few weeks after the evaluation.
