The application is open to enterprises, research organisations and startups (legal entities or consortiums registered in Austria or delivering a clear benefit to Austria).

    Please make sure that your project fulfills the requirements of our call. Download the documents Open Call Invitation and Draft Research Contract and check the FAQ for more information.

    Benefit from our pre-proposal support

    You are welcome to take benefit of our optional pre-proposal support. Download, fill out, and send the document Pre-Proposal Application to esaphilab@accent.at approximately six weeks before the submission deadline. We will be happy to clarify your questions.

    Download the document Research Proposal Application, fill it out and submit it here before the deadline.

    Evaluation process

    After the submission deadline, the proposals will be evaluated by the board of ESA Phi-Lab Austria. The project presentations to the board will take place a few weeks after the evaluation.
